§ 13-20-2-5

The commissioner may deny an application for an original permit for the construction or operation of a landfill if the commissioner finds that:(1) the applicant does not have a positive net worth of at least two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000); or(2) there is at least one (1) unsatisfied and nonappealable judgment requiring the payment of money by the applicant.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-22-2(g).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.10.
