§ 13-20-5-3

If the operator of a vehicle does not identify to the owner or operator of a final disposal facility the origin of the solid waste as required by section 2 of this chapter, the owner or operator may not permit the disposal in the final disposal facility of the solid waste transported in the operator's vehicle.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-22-2.7(d).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.10.
