§ 13-20-9-4

If an emergency exists, the county executive of a county may, by resolution or order:(1) waive the prohibition under section 2 of this chapter; and(2) allow vegetative matter resulting from landscaping maintenance and land clearing projects to be deposited in the solid waste landfill;for not more than ninety (90) days.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-29-5(b).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.10.
