§ 13-21-5-15

A district plan may, to the extent the provisions are constitutionally permissible, include provisions to restrict or prohibit the disposal within the district of solid waste originating from another state if the district reasonably considers the provisions necessary to accomplish the long range planning goals of the district.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-4-8.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.11.
