Annual operation fees established under this chapter apply to facilities that:(1) have received a permit from the department; or(2) are operating under interim status or otherwise manage hazardous waste subject to regulation under the following:(A) IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8.(B) IC 13-22-13 through IC 13-22-14.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-16.1-3(m).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.12.
