§ 13-22-13-3

An order issued by the commissioner under this chapter:(1) must state with reasonable specificity the nature of the corrective action or other response measure required by the order;(2) must specify a time for compliance; and(3) may include a suspension or revocation of authorization for the facility to operate under interim status.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.5-5.5(c).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.12.
