§ 13-25-4-12

For a lien arising under section 11 of this chapter to be perfected, notice of the lien must be filed in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the real property subject to the lien is located. Before notice of a lien may be filed in the office of the county recorder, the department shall provide notice of the intention to file the lien as provided by section 19 of this chapter.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.7-10.7(b).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.15.
