§ 13-25-5-16

(a) If the commissioner determines that an applicant has successfully completed a voluntary remediation work plan approved under this chapter, the commissioner shall certify that the work plan has been completed by issuing the applicant a certificate of completion.(b) The issuance of a certificate of completion under this section is a final agency action for purposes of IC 4-21.5.(c) A person who receives a certificate under this section shall attach a copy of the certificate to the recorded deed that concerns the property on which the remediation took place.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.9-17(a), (b).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.15.
