(a) The rates or charges established for a class of users of property served shall be extended to cover any additional premises served after the rates or charges are established that are in the same class, without the necessity of hearing or notice.(b) Subject to section 15 of this chapter, a change or readjustment of the rates or charges may be made in the same manner as the rates or charges were originally established.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-3-2-25(f).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.16.
