§ 13-26-9-3

A sewage disposal company that is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indiana utility regulatory commission under IC 8-1-2-89, and all of the territory lying in the area to which the company holds a certificate of territorial authority, is exempt from all ordinances and rules adopted by the board, except those ordinances and rules pertaining to maintenance and operation, until:(1) the connection is made to the sewerage system of the district; and(2) the district begins to provide service within the area covered by the certificate of territorial authority.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-3-2-7(c).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.16.
