Any powers granted to the commission by this chapter shall be construed as in aid of and supplemental to and not as a limitation upon any of the powers vested in the commission by any of the following:(1) Other laws of the state.(2) The laws of any of the other states in the compact other than Indiana.(3) The United States Congress.(4) The terms of the compact.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-5-5-4.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.19.
