§ 13-30-7-5

(a) Before March 2 of each year, the department shall:(1) file a report with the governor concerning any business required to correct a violation under section 1 of this chapter during the preceding year; and(2) make the report available for public inspection.(b) The report must include a summary of:(1) violations;(2) corrections for violations; and(3) penalties;imposed for each business.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-5-3.3(j).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.20.
