§ 14-13-1-34

A law, a procedure or proceeding, a publication, a notice, a consent, an approval, an order, an act, or a thing by the commission or any other officer, department, agency, or instrumentality of the state, a county, or a municipality is not required to issue revenue bonds except as prescribed in this chapter or IC 14-6-29 (before its repeal).[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-6-29-10(g).]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.6.
