(a) The Wabash River heritage corridor commission fund is established for the purpose of paying:(1) reimbursement of the expenses of members under section 13 of this chapter;(2) other administrative costs and expenses reasonably incurred under this chapter, including expenses for publications and postage; and(3) costs incurred in fulfilling the directives of the Wabash River heritage corridor commission master plan, including multicounty projects and marketing and educational tools such as video tape productions, signs, and promotional literature.(b) The fund shall be administered by the director under the direction of the commission.(c) The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund.(d) The sources of money for the fund are:(1) appropriations made to the fund; and(2) any other funds obtained by the commission under section 22 of this chapter.(e) The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public funds may be invested.
