A person who is:(1) the owner of a boat;(2) in possession of a boat; or(3) entitled to the possession of a boat, whether by reason of legal title, lease, license, rental arrangement, lease with option to purchase, contract of conditional sale, or otherwise;may not authorize or knowingly permit a person to operate the boat upon public water in violation of this article.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-1-1-40.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.8.
