It is the general intent and purpose of the general assembly in enacting this chapter to promote:(1) safety for persons and property;(2) responsible enjoyment in and connected with the use and operation of off-road vehicles and snowmobiles; and(3) understanding consistent with the rights of all the citizens of Indiana.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-1-3-16(c).]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.9.
