A person may not erect or construct a utility, telephone, or telegraph line upon or across:(1) a state park;(2) a state forest;(3) a state game preserve;(4) land acquired by the state and set aside for use by the public as a scenic or historic place; or(5) that part of a public highway right-of-way that passes through a state park, a state forest, a state game preserve, or land acquired by the state and set aside for use by the public as a scenic or historic place;unless the person has a permit from the director to erect or construct the line.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 32-5-4-1.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.11.
