If the department determines that it would be in the best interest of the citizens of Indiana to enter into extended term contracts for the operation of hotels, inns, and lodges located in state parks under the department's jurisdiction, the department may negotiate and execute contracts in the manner prescribed by this chapter in addition to the methods established under other statutes.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-9.5-1.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.11.
