§ 14-19-11-20

The executive director and the employees of the authority are:(1) under the jurisdiction of and rules adopted by the state ethics commission; and(2) subject to ethics rules and requirements that apply to the executive branch of state government.As added by P.L.127-2022, SEC.23.
