(a) Upon:(1) application to the department; and(2) the payment of an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100);the department shall issue to a nonprofit organization composed primarily of individuals less than seventeen (17) years of age a permit for the admission of the members as a group into any facility of the department.(b) A permit issued under this section is valid from June 1 through August 31 of the year in which the permit is issued.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-6-3-1(b).]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.12.
