The city of Indianapolis may do the following, subject to the same rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws as public parks owned by the city of Indianapolis:(1) Beautify, improve, maintain, and regulate the use of University Square in Indianapolis.(2) Erect in University Square monuments, fountains, and art treasures.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-6-30-1 part.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.12.
