(b) The chair shall give notice of the date, time, and place of a meeting of the commission to the members of the commission at least ten (10) days before the meeting date by any of the following methods:(1) Mail.(2) Fax.(3) Telephone.(4) Electronic mail.As added by P.L.54-2004, SEC.5.
