This section and sections 2 through 5 of this chapter do not apply if:(1) the Wilbur Wright memorial is transferred to the Wilbur Wright Birthplace Preservation Society after June 30, 1995; or(2) the board of trustees of the Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation (IC 4-37-2-1) declares the memorial to be surplus to the needs of the state museum and historic sites corporation.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-6-19-3.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.13.
