Upon approval of the nomination by the division, all affected persons shall be notified.(b) If an objection to the action is not filed with the division within thirty (30) days after the notification date, the nomination is automatically approved.(c) If an objection is received within thirty (30) days, a designated member of the review board shall hold a hearing and make a determination.
