(b) The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 14-10-2-4 to establish fees for lifetime licenses to hunt, fish, or trap.(c) A lifetime license issued under this article before July 1, 2005, may still be used if the license holder moves out of state.As added by P.L.219-2014, SEC.26.
