(a) A person who knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with the requirements of:(1) a license issued under this chapter;(2) this chapter; or(3) rules adopted under this article to implement this chapter;is subject to suspension or revocation of the person's license.(b) A license revoked under this section may not be reinstated.(c) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.As added by P.L.165-2011, SEC.15.
