7 is not required to obtain a game breeder's license under this section.(b) The owner of a cervidae livestock operation under IC 15-17-14.5 is not required to obtain a game breeder's license under this section.(c) The department may, under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2, issue to a resident of Indiana, upon the payment of a minimum fee of fifteen dollars ($15), a license to:(1) propagate in captivity; and(2) possess, buy, or sell;game birds or wild animals protected by Indiana law.(d) The fee in subsection (c) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-8(1).]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.
