(a) A permit may be granted only upon satisfactory proof that the specific animals intended to be imported meet the following conditions:(1) The animals are free of a communicable disease at the time of importation.(2) The animals will not become a nuisance.(3) The animals will not cause damage to a native wild or domestic species.(b) The director may incorporate in the permit the restrictions that the director considers necessary.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-20(1) part.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.
