S.C. 777 et seq.(b) The director shall perform the acts that are necessary to the conduct and establishment of cooperative fisheries-restoration projects in compliance with 16 U.S.C. 777 et seq. and regulations promulgated by the United States Secretary of the Interior under 16 U.S.C. 777 et seq.(c) Money accruing to the state from license fees paid by anglers may not be diverted for any other purpose than:(1) the administration of the division of fish and wildlife; and(2) the enforcement of laws concerning the taking, chasing, selling, and possession of animals.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-8-5.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.
