Except as provided in rules adopted by the director:(1) a person may not take, possess, transport, export, process, sell, or offer for sale or shipment nongame species considered by the director to be in need of management under this section; and(2) a common or contract carrier may not knowingly transport or receive for shipment nongame species considered by the director to be in need of management under this section.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-8.5-4.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.
