Each stamp expires on March 31 of the year following issuance.(b) The department may set a license fee to hunt a migratory waterfowl above the fee established under subsection (a).(c) The fees collected shall be deposited in the fish and wildlife fund and credited to a special account to be used as provided in section 5 of this chapter.
