Each contract must:(1) be for at least three (3) years; and(2) provide a plan for the development of habitat for at least one (1) species of game bird.(b) The department may seek the cooperation of federal agencies such as the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service or the Natural Resources Conservation Service in the development of habitat plans and compensation for habitat plans.
