The term does not include a personal watercraft.(b) The director shall establish and implement a demonstration program for the purpose of containing and reducing invasive animal species in the Wabash River. In administering this program, the director may do any of the following:(1) Allow the taking of a specific invasive animal species by a means described in section 1(a)(2) of this chapter.(2) Require the use of ammunition described in 50 CFR 20.21(j).(3) Require a hunting or fishing license under IC 14-22-12-1.(4) Allow the taking of a specific invasive animal species to be taken from a motorboat.(5) Establish any other limitations concerning the time, place, or participants of a demonstration program.(c) 312 IAC 9-2-2(d), as in effect July 1, 2011, does not apply to this section.As added by P.L.165-2011, SEC.9.
