§ 14-23-8-5

(a) The corps consists of persons who are:(1) employed by:(A) the department; or(B) an agency designated by the department; and(2) at least fifteen (15) years of age but less than nineteen (19) years of age.(b) A person may not be employed as a member of the corps more than one hundred twenty (120) days during a calendar year.(c) The department shall establish recruitment guidelines for accepting applications to the corps.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-5-8-4.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.16.
