(a) Subject to subsection (b), a person must obtain a dealer's license from the division under this chapter before selling or soliciting an order for nursery stock or otherwise conducting the business of a dealer.(b) A person who operates one (1) or more grocery stores in Indiana at which nursery stock is sold is not required to obtain more than one (1) dealer's license under this chapter.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-7-7-1(a).]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.17.
