§ 14-25-5-1-1-5

As used in this article, 'affidavit' means a written document that:(1) is executed under oath or affirmation by an officer or employee of the department; and(2) states that a violation or deficiency that is the subject of an enforcement action under this article exists on a particular property.As added by P.L.191-2023, SEC.4.
