An applicant may use either of the following methods to provide consumptive use amounts required under article 4 of the compact:(1) The most current values published for the appropriate sector from:(A) the United States Geological Survey;(B) the Great Lakes Commission;(C) the council; or(D) other sources approved by the department.(2) Site specific calculations for the applicant's facility that are based on standard engineering practices.As added by P.L.4-2008, SEC.5.
