4 of the compact, the general assembly shall study and make findings and recommendations concerning the following:(1) The appropriateness of the permit threshold amounts established in section 7(a) of this chapter considering:(A) advances made under section 1.4 of the compact; and(B) other new water management technology and practices that become available.(2) Any changes in those amounts that the general assembly deems warranted.As added by P.L.4-2008, SEC.5.
