As used in this chapter, 'normal water level of a lake' means:(1) the water level of the lake established by law; or(2) if the water level has not been established, the level where the presence and action of the water has been so constant as to give to the bed of the lake a character distinct from that of the surrounding land with regard to vegetation and the nature of the soil.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-15-3.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.19.
