The following have ten (10) days, exclusive of Sundays, from the date of the hearing on the form of a petition to file with the court a remonstrance or an objection to the merits of the petition, notice, or eligibility of any of the viewers:(1) A person named in the petition.(2) A person who owns land abutting or within one-fourth (1/4) mile of the shoreline or water line of the lake.(3) The department.(4) The board of commissioners of a county in which the lake lies.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-18-5 part.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.19.
