The director may commence, maintain, and prosecute an appropriate action to enjoin or abate a nuisance, including the following:(1) Any of the nuisances described in section 20(2) of this chapter.(2) Any other nuisance that:(A) adversely affects flood control or the safety of life or property; or(B) is unreasonably detrimental to fish, wildlife, or botanical resources.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22-13(c).]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.21.
