(2) A person acting in accordance with an appropriate permit issued by the director.(3) A person acting in accordance with a permit issued by the department of environmental management under water pollution control laws (as defined in IC 13-11-2-261) or environmental management laws (as defined in IC 13-11-2-71).(b) This section applies to the permitting requirements set forth in the following:(1) Section 22 of this chapter.(2) IC 14-26-2.(c) A person may not put, throw, dump, or leave a contaminant, garbage, or solid waste:(1) in, upon, or within fifteen (15) feet of a lake; or(2) in or upon a floodway.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22-13.5.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.21.
