After the legislative body of the county or municipality has passed an ordinance creating a commission:(1) money may be appropriated to carry out the duties of the commission; and(2) the commission may expend, under procedure provided by law, money appropriated to the commission for purposes and activities authorized by this chapter.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22.6-8.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.21.
