§ 14-30-5-2-7

(a) If:(1) the executives of all of the counties that are members of an existing watershed development commission adopt ordinances under section 6(a)(1) of this chapter accepting a county to which section 4 or 5 of this chapter applies as a member county of the existing commission; and(2) the natural resources commission recognizes the county as a member of the watershed development commission under section 6(e) of this chapter;the county becomes a member of the existing commission upon the satisfaction of subdivision (1) or (2), whichever is satisfied later.(b) If a county to which section 4 of this chapter applies becomes a member of an existing commission under this section, the county is entitled to representation on the board of the existing commission under IC 14-30.5-4-1.(c) If a county to which section 5 of this chapter applies becomes a member of an existing commission under this section, the county is not entitled to representation on the board of the existing commission under IC 14-30.5-4-1 unless:(1) the natural resources commission, in the order issued under section 6(e) of this chapter recognizing the county as a member of the existing watershed development
