(b) The terms of office of the elected supervisors are as follows:(1) The individual receiving the highest number of votes has a three (3) year term of office.(2) The individual receiving the second highest number of votes has a two (2) year term of office.(3) The individual receiving the third highest number of votes has a (1) year term of office.(c) If a tie vote occurs among the three individuals elected as supervisors, the terms of office for those receiving the same number of votes shall be decided by lot.As added by P.L.136-1997, SEC.35.
