§ 14-32-6-5-9

If, after the hearing and consideration of the factors set forth in section 7 of this chapter, the board determines that a petition should be denied, the board shall, when appropriate, do the following:(1) Record the determination.(2) Deny the petition.(3) Notify a representative of the petitioners in writing that the petition is denied.As added by P.L.136-1997, SEC.35.
