The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance to:(1) soil and water conservation districts;(2) land occupiers; and(3) conservation groups;to implement conservation practices to reduce nonpoint sources of water pollution through education, technical assistance, training, and cost sharing programs.As added by P.L.160-1999, SEC.4.
