§ 14-33-2-30

If a petition is dismissed:(1) because the court finds the evidence does not support the petition according to section 26 of this chapter; or(2) according to section 15 of this chapter;a new petition may not be addressed to any court to establish a district with essentially the same boundaries for any of the same purposes for two (2) years after the date of the order dismissing the petition.
