The utility owner of the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district has sole authority and control over all activities to control:(1) the water level of;(2) the water quality of; and(3) the availability of water from;the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district.As added by P.L.148-2020, SEC.16.
