(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates section 1 or 2 of this chapter commits a Level 6 felony if the violation relates to the operation of a Class II well.(c) A civil penalty assessed under this section shall be deposited in the oil and gas environmental fund established by IC 14-37-10-2.As added by P.L.195-2014, SEC.38.
